With the initial clean of your home you have the option of a full Spring Clean taking place for up to 6 weeks alongside the Regular Weekly Clean at the £15.00 per hour rate or you might want to choose a Full Day Spring Clean at £15.00 per hour prior to us starting your Regular Weekly Clean. 

We will then incorporate the Spring Cleaning of your home as and when required into your Regular Weekly Clean!

How many hours cleaning do I need?

 

We at Home Cleaning Service Bridlington will visit your home before you make a booking so that we can assess and make an agreement on how long it will take. Usually no more than 3 hours per week.

 

How do I make payments?

 

You may pay by Cash or Bank Transfer Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly.

 

Are you Insured?

 

We certainly are against all Accidental Damage.

 

Can I ask for a Reference or an Invoice?

 

Yes we at Home Cleaning Service Bridlington will provide excellent references and an Invoice for payment on request.

What if there is nobody at home when you call?

 

You may leave us a key. For your peace of mind with Home Cleaning Service Bridlington this is covered in our Insurance should it be lost we will pay for your locks to be changed if required. However, to lose your key is highly unlikely to happen because as well as keeping it safe it is also attached to a loss of key reward scheme keyring.

 

Can I ask for extras or requests?

 

Please feel free to leave a note if you require anything cleaning in particular at any one week. You may also want to make a list of priorities for us to do at any time.

 

Can I cancel at any time?

 

Please be assured that Home Cleaning Service Bridlington is NOT contractual and that you may cancel at any time. Should you wish to cancel be that temporary or permanent we require just 2 days' notice and you do not have to give a reason.

 

What cleaning products do I need?

 

Most people provide their own cleaning equipment & products. We recommend this as it helps keep our costs down therefore we can remain competitive

Tickle Stick- essential for the initial Deep Clean to catch cobwebs, remove initial excess dust and for tops of doors and backs of radiators etc

Flash All Purpose - excellent for Kitchens & Bathrooms & Floors and leaves no residue but you may also have your own preferred All Purpose Cleaner

Bleach - First Stage Toilet Clean

Toilet Gel - to activate cleaning of Toilet Bowl and to keep it fresh

Spray Polish - for all wooden Surfaces & Furniture and acts as an anti static from dust

Glass Cleaner - Mirrors & Inside Windows

Kitchen Roll - buffing and for cleaning Mirrors & WIndows
